Since I saw the Stoma Nurse on Monday, I have not had any leakages, Whoopee! I went to see the GP on Tuesday because the Stoma Nurse could not give me the tablets I had wanted. The GP also gave me the number of the radiotherapist's secretary. I waited until Wednesday to ring her, but she denied that the letter to the GP and the Oncologist had been sent by her. She should have spoken to the radiotherapist today. I will call again on Monday.
On Wednesday I went to see the surgery nurse, for a wound inspection. She said that it didn't need a dressing anymore. I did want a little bit of protection, as the elastic of my pants runs across it. So she gave me some gauze to use. She also wanted to take my blood pressure, which I assured her was OK, But it came out at 180 over 88. She told me to sit and wait. She took it again and it had dropped to 135 over 75. This was OK.
On Wednesday my friend’s Father rang, asking how to deal with bees in a chimney. It turned out to be a chimney in Wales. I said I would go with them to give them all the advice they needed. Off we went to some remote place outside Llanelli. A very beautiful part of the country. We dealt with the bees, and later capped the chimney with mesh to prevent them getting back in. We had a walk and later some food, visited the neighbours, then set off home again. We arrived back just after midnight.

Hello,
Glad to learn that the bag problem appears to be sorted. Must have been driving you mad.
Lovely pics of Wales.
